Do you like to take pictures? On Saturday, November 16 we are opening the farm up for you to come in with your cameras and take pictures from sunrise to moonrise (and yes the moon is expected to be full).

We have a beautiful open view of the sunrise and the moonrise. Then there are cows, sheep, chickens, turkeys, open pastures and of course the garden to take pictures of.

Come for an hour, come for half the day, or come for the whole day. Feel free to bring a picnic breakfast, lunch or dinner and enjoy your meal at our picnic tables in our Barn Dining Hall.

Then once you have taken your fun share of pictures we are asking that you email us your three favorite pictures by November 23, 2024. These pictures we will have the right to use in our social media outlets—but they will also enter you into our photo contest. We will pick two of the best pictures and the winner will receive $200, and the second place will receive $100. The winner will be announced on November 30, 2024.

We hope that you will join us for our first Photography day on the farm. If all goes well we hope to do this four times a year so that you can capture the different seasons of farm life—like lambs in the spring, knee high grass in the summer, baby calves, and garden veg from sprouts to harvest.

Entrance fee is $30 per person. Pay at the farm—but please RSVP by sending us an email to tpstreet@bellsouth.net

Remember this is a working farm so please wear closed toe shoes.
