It is dinner season once again! We hope to do three this year: Fall, Winter and Spring. Join us for our Fall Farm to Table Dinner here at Shepherd's Hill Farm. The afternoon will start off with a hay ride around the farm so that you can see the cows and sheep grazing the pastures, the guard dogs watching over the chickens as they scratch around the fields, and the turkeys roaming the fields looking for bugs. An experience of a lifetime awaits you as we serve a seven course dinner of farm fresh foods. There will be foods that we have waited all summer to harvest, and there will be foods that are the first fruits of the Fall Gardens. The dinner will be served alfresco style as we enjoy the evening in our open barn over looking the pastures.
Brett and Jenni from Kalacrow Wood Fired Pizza will be doing the catering. With a passion for using local food that is in season--grown by their own hands or from other local farms, Brett and Jenni are the perfect team to take simple foods to a level of superior scrumptiousness. They never fail to wow us with their creativity and delightfully tasty menus. While pizza is what they are known for—it is not the menu for this dinner. We have learned that they can take any farm fresh food and turn it into a delicacy that will wow your taste buds—but don’t take my word for it come and taste it for yourself.
We have very limited seating, therefore these dinners are for adults only.
Tickets are $125 per adult, and must be purchased in advance of the dinner.
